A&D's Minted Shopping List

Any of my friends know this about me: I love paper, cute and chic designs, and it's one of the many reasons why I started my home business, Paper Chic Studio. But one of the things that is still on my business wishlist is to do personalized party decors and printables. I still can't find the time to do it and I don't have the talent so I am really happy that there are websites that offer this kind of services and more like Minted. 

Minted is a design marketplace for independent artists and they are celebrating their 7th birthday!

Minted was founded by Mariam Naficy in 2007. Because of her travels, she has seen interesting art and design, as well as art created by her family and in 2007 she was intrigued by the idea that there was hidden creative talent around the world whose work was not accessible to consumers and that the Internet could help surface. Seven years later, Minted now has a community of independent artists and designers in 48 states and 43 countries!

I can't help but fell in love with Minted. Of course the first I checked out was the Baby & Kids section! They offer a wide variety of invitation cards, announcement cards, art & room decor and stationery & gifts. And that's just one section!

I spent one day browsing thru everything in the Baby & Kids section. There's just too many cute designs and R's birthday is about 2 months away and I've always liked to put up decors for my kids' special day! Too hard not to make a shopping list!

 First thing I checked was if they had any car theme because R just loves cars!

It's not a thing i the Philippines but you never can tell! I want my own Mommy Calling Card. Motherhood is serious business yo! And here are my picks:

I also want the Journal for Kids and Stationery for Kids. The journal can be their travel diary or a journal of what they did for summer. Growing up I collected stationery and write to my  friends everyday. I want my kids to have the same experience. She can write to her friends and we can go to the post office and snail mail it! Minted can personalize your journals and stationeries!

 

For the kids's bedroom, I want a wall art for each of them representing what they are or what they want to be when they grow up or a nice quote.
