Thomas Sabo Charm Bracelet

Two weeks ago, I got the chance to check out Thomas Sabo in SM Megamall. It was my first ever visit to a Thomas Sabo and a charm bracelet store ever. I've seen my friends wear charm bracelets and they are crazy about them! I never understood what the fuss is all about until I visited the Thomas Sabo store!
Thomas Sabo is a German jewelry brand founded in 1984 and has become one of the leading global brands in designing, selling and distributing jewellery, watches and beauty products for women and men. It currently has 312 shops (112 shop-in-shops, 31 corners and 169 stand-alone-shops) worldwide!
It was my first time in a Thomas Sabo shop and I was surprised to see they also have jewelries. I initially thought they only carry charms and charm bracelets! When I became a mom, I've foregone wearing any kind of jewelry except for earrings. Now that my kids are bigger and I no longer carry them, I've started to accessorize once again. I can't wear necklaces anymore because I react to any kind of metal, so it's earrings and bracelets for me.

Thomas Sabo has a wide selection with different collections to choose from. They have something for everybody, like this engravable jewelry they have at the store. Pick a bracelet and engrave your love one's name!

They also have fine jewelries which were also so pretty!

But I had my eyes on the Thomas Sabo Charm Club! I was excited to make my very own charm bracelet and pick the charms. A Charm Bracelet costs Php2,990 and the charm pendants start at Php1,990.
It was hard to pick which charms to go to my bracelet!
Y helped me chose the charms. She picked the pink heart charm while I chose the star fish and the shoes! You can put as many charms as you want! What I like about the bracelet is that I can actually share this with Y!

Thank you Thomas Sabo Philippines for this Mother's Day gift! I can't wait to put more charms to my bracelet!

A&D's Mother's Day Gift Guide: Calima Pre-Colombian Jewellry and Scents and Sensibilities

Mother's Day is just two weeks away, have you and your family made plans on how to celebrate this special day yet? Or have you bought a gift for your wife, mom, aunt or lola yet? Mother's Day is not only a day of celebrating us moms but is also a day for you to shower us with gifts. Joke hihi! So for those who wants to shower moms with gifts on Mother's Day, I'm making a weekly gift guide for easy shopping and gifting!

Every woman needs jewelry and no woman would say no to jewelry, diba? So let me introduce you to Calima Pre-Columbian Jewellry. Calima is founded by Claudia Hernandez, a native of Bogota. Calima is also the name of an ancient indigenous culture in Colombia similar to the Aztecs or Incas in Mexico and Peru.
I visited Calima's showroom last month and I was able to try on some of their exquisite and one-of-a-kind pieces. I must say they're really pretty and I'm sure you'll find something for your mom!
The jewelries of Calima are authentic artisan-crafted pieces.

Calima's pieces are made using the lost-wax process. Each piece is plated with either pure silver or a mixture of 24K and 18K gold, which gives an intense and unique depth of color.
Gorgeous neck pieces and I was able to try some of them! Each piece is unique. They're brass and nickel free so it is safe on the skin and won't cause irritations. They also use real leather for the other neck pieces.
This is one of my favorite pieces! This would be perfect for your mom too!
And this was my favorite of them all! BOS, please buy this for me! Hehe!
Calima only uses top quality semi-precious stones such as sodalite, amazonite, jasper, onyx, and agate on their pieces.
They also have bags, belts and more! These can also be your gift to your moms. Pili na and buy it na!

If your mom naman likes aromatherapy, scented candles, reed diffusers, then this next product is perfect for your mom. Along with fellow bloggers, I had an intimate afternoon par-tea with the woman behind Scents and Sensibilities, Maizie Sycip-Cua. She used to work for a pharma company before starting her new company. It all started from a dry mist which she bought years ago from another brand which was discontinued and the rest was history.
Handcrafted products for the home and body

All of Scents and Sensibilities products are plant-based and formulated by Maizie herself. She started selling her creations without the intention of mass producing it, she wants her brand and products to be known as quaint and personal.
Getting to know Maizie and Scents and Sensibilities over tea

Reed Diffuser available in 500ml (refill) and 150ml. My favorite is the Olive Oil! It's now in our bathroom and it smells oh so good! One 150ml can last up to 4 months!
Dry Oil Mist (100ml) is available in three scents only: Ginger Green Tea, Olive Oil and Morning Dew. I also have the Olive Oil one! I love that it's light and not greasy.
