Holiday Day Photos at The Picture Company

Y had her first photo shoot at The Picture Company. We've had great experience with them. I've had her baby photos taken with complete costumes! I've given her photos as gifts to her grandma who's overseas and her great grandma to be displayed in her room. Hehe!

The Holiday Season is upon us and before you know it, it's Christmas already! Got Holiday Family portraits yet? It's one of the things I want to have for our family this year! And what's great about it is that they can turn your portraits into Christmas cards and tags!

 We had our photo shoot at The Picture Company BHS last week. Our photographer was Eva and she was really nice! She called me a week before to ask about our family, the personalities of the kids and how I want the shoot to be. It helped me prepare for the shoot. The Picture Company BHS is the only branch that does outdoor shoot!

We had our shoot last week. Although it was hard to make R smile, we had a great shoot! Good thing it wasn't so hot so we had a few shots taken outside then more photos in the studio. Here's a few BTS photos!

After an hour outside, we then moved inside the studio!

I can't wait to see the final photos!

My Good Morning Club Experience!

This was my second time to appear on TV. The first time was for ETC HQ with Julia Snieg. But this is first time it was LIVE! I have a fear of public speaking, self-humiliation, and everything that comes with it. I'm a very shy person! So you can imagine how nervous I was! Hihi!

Alwee of TV5 contacted me a day before. I was referred to him by Marcie Linao thru Tin and Jackie! Thank you Mommas! Good Morning Club is a morning show. So I was to be picked up by 3AM! OMG! I think I only had 2 or 3 hours of sleeo! And so I was picked up at 3AM. We arrived at the TV5 Novaliches around 3:45AM. I wasn't prepared at all. As in!

These kept me wake!

Outfitey!

After having my make up done, an outline of how the segment will go was given to me. Ayun na! Kinabahan na alaga ako!

But we had to wait for another an hour or more I think. The sun was out by the time we went out. And they did a Christmas DIY decor first.

And before we went live, the three host, Christine Babao, Amy Perez and Chiqui Roa Puno checked out my little booth.

And this was seconds before going live! As in! Christine Babao is super friendly and nice. :)

It was a great experience! It was short and sweet. Only a few got to watch because I didn't say anything about it haha! Well, the BOS recorded the segment using the iPad. Hehe!

PS. I think the show was reformatted after a week or two of this live guesting.

Raizo Turns 1: Alex Lagula, Host and Magician

When I was looking for a host/entertainer for R's party, I got a lot of recommendations to get Alex Lagula. Shakey's offers their own host but I chose to get my own.

Alex and I corresponded on SMS. Then he called to confirm the date and time. He was very easy to talk to. To confirm my slot, I put a downpayment (you can either pay in half or full). And that's it! We met on the day of the party itself.

He is really funny! He's super engaging even the adults enjoyed the show.

There were games both for the kids and the kids at heart. Heehee! And everyone got prizes!

This time, game for adults naman. It's had to call on friends kasi baka magalit haha! But they were all sport naman!

Last part was the magic show!

The program had to be cut short because we were overtime na! But I'm glad we extended a bit that Tito Alex got to finish his magic show. But I'm glad my guest enjoyed the show! And I would definitely recommend him to any mom who's looking for a host for your kid's birthday party! His rate is a bit high but he is super sulit!
