Glorietta's Back To School Midnight Madness Sale!

Last Monday's activity was probably the most exercise and running I did after giving birth! Haha! It was tiring but also super fun! There's no one boring moment with the SoMoms!

So what's this activity I'm talking about? Ayala Malls invited the SoMoms for a Back-To-School challenge! Eight of us (SoMoms and a SoDad) were divided to four teams. And my partner was Tin of Manila Fashion Observer!

Each team was tasked to come up with the best and most complete Back-to-School concept for Moms and Kids. Prize at stake?

We went from one store to another to find good buys! We were given 60 minutes to scour Glorietta for the best deals that will go with concept!

What's Up?

I really don't know how Mommy Fleur, Jackie and Patty do it! They get to blog regularly even with their busy schedules. My blog posts are all in the draft folder, one post can take up to 3 days! I want to write at night when the kids are asleep, but when my back hits the bed, wala na! I doze off to lala-land na!

So now I'm trying to write everything in a nutshell!

I'm trying to put on make up whenever I have events to attend or meet with clients. Parang mag mukha naman akong tao paminsan-minsan!

 

Went to have our family photos taken at BUB (will blog soon!) And Yukie looks like she's going to do the boogie!

Finally tried this. Nothing to fuss about.

Went to a very yummy 1st birthday party of my inaanak. Decors pa lang bongga na. Love big parties because I can never throw a big party like that!                        

This is so much better than TJ! Yum yum yum! Thank you Lorena and Loreta for this!

Exchanged IG comments and a few iMessage, I sponsored some goodies to Alyanna Martinez's fitness party!

Spread the Sweetness with Cupcakes by Sonja

About a few weeks ago, we were invited to the opening of Cupcakes By Sonja at the 2nd floor Bridgeway of Glorietta 2. After six years of opening its doors at Serendra, they have now expanded and opened a new store! I remember when Cupcakes by Sonja first opened, I really didn't get the fuss was all about until I saw the store and tasted my first cupcake!

I was super excited to take Y with me and have her a taste of Cupcakes by Sonja. She likes sweets just like her papa!

We were all excited for the cupcake decorating that Cupcakes by Sonja has prepared for the SoMoms and SoKids! We each get an apron and toque for mom and kid!

Color guide for frosting!

Our first activity was well decorate your won cupcakes! And we get to pick what color our frosting will be. I asked Y (do I really need to ask) what color she wanted, of course PINK!

Here's her first masterpiece! She's pretty happy about it!

I thought we were finished with 1 cupcake. But noooo, there's more! Three more actually! 2 more cupcakes and 2 cookies!

Helped her putting the icing and she's the one who decorated (more on poured the sprinkles into the cookie!)

More decorating! 2nd and 3rd cupcake had a beach and sea theme! I love creating the sand effect on the 3rd cupcake! Super cool!

Seeing this made me miss the beach! Ahihihi

And last but not the least is our sunflower cupcake. Which I decorated for Y. Cinareer ko mga teh!

My Mother's Day at Ayala Malls!

This Mother's Day is my first Mother's day with R. He was still in my tummy last year! So it was extra special for me :) And this year we got to celebrate it with my fellow #SoMoms at Greenbelt 5. But before going to the mall, we had lunch at home. Cooked steak for me and the hubby! (Hmmm.. teka, bakit ako ang nagluto? Diba dapat ako ang pinaglutuan?) hehe!

After eating and getting ready, we went to Greenbelt 5 for our Mother's Day day out! It was a High Tea afternoon at The Gallery at Greenbelt for us #SoMoms.

There was a nice swing for picture taking, where we all had a souvenir photo taken

After having a little dessert, we were introduced to Mench of Ayala Malls, we then went to visit the mini Butterfly Garden and after that we had our tour of Gingersnaps, Lancome and Kiehl's!

First stop was Gingersnaps, my favorite store for kid's clothes

Then we went to Lancome where we got a Mother's Day gift! Thank you! 

And last but certainly not the least was Kiehl's! I want to try their eye cream! I badly need for my eyes!

And after a fun and sweaty tour hihi! We all went back to The Gallery and had our photos taken by Tammy. Sayang R was still sleeping so it's just me and Y.
