Baby A!

Last week Thursday, my achi finally gave birth to very pretty baby girl! Y now has a girl cousin na and she's an achi na!

Meet baby A! So precious!!!

Got to hold her last Saturday, so fragile. She was born thru C-section also, 7.3lbs. 2 lbs heavier than Y, I thought she will be bigger than when Y was born. Hindi pala, she's also tiny! I thought hindi na ako marunong humawak, but I still can. Can't wait to meet my baby boy!!!

Of Meltdowns and Tantrums

Y is 18 months today! :) Where did time go? Oh how time flies nga naman!

The last few days was hard. Meltdowns and tantrums all over! Y was extra clingy and would threw a tantrum with the littlest reason. It drained me. With me 23 weeks along and getting heavier by the week, I can't carry Y longer than 5 minutes. Hay...

Is this terrible two kicking in early? I think so! Sometimes it drives me crazy. How do I deal with it? Sometimes i want to scream

Win a Birth Photo Package from Polly's Pictures!

When I gave birth to Y, my hospital didn't allow husbands to be with the wife in the delivery room. I gave my camera to the nurses to take pictures. I wish the picture were nicer, but couldn't complain! Giving birth to Y was memorable, I've got it all in my memory.

But still, nice pictures are nice pictures! and I want to win the photo package!

The Painter's Wife, my fellow mommy blogger, is giving away a photo package from Polly's Pictures!

Product Review: Candi Nail Polish Remover Wipes

I got this product from the package sent by the Tiny Buds people. Thank you again!

I was able to try this last January (ang tagal na!), I had my nails done for my shobe's wedding and I remembered I had this nail polish remover wipes. I've always used Sally Hansen or Face Shop's nail polish remover, they work pretty quite well for me.
I used Face Shop's nail polish!
Back to Candi, it came in a small round container. What I like about it is it's small, it fits in your pocket, handy, you can put it in your vanity bag and use it anytime and anywhere you want!
And here's how it looks when opened:
It contains 30pcs of small round wipes.
Verdict?
I found it hard to use it at first because of the size of the wipes especially when the nail polish you use is thick like the one I used above. I think it would be harder when you use a black nail polish. But if you use a light nail polish, removing it would be easy peasy with this wipes! With my hands, I used one wipe each hand. Same with my feet. So it's 4 wipes per usage!

I don't know how much it is selling at the market. But this is a handy item to put in your vanity kit! I hope this review helps you in some way!

Nesting a Bit

I'm 22 weeks this week. I think the nesting instinct is kicking in early. I don't think I went thru nesting when I was pregnant with Y. I've been organizing, cleaning and making space for Baby#2. Though we haven't started on "renovating" the kids' room yet, the BOS is still deciding what to do with the room, it's basically Y's playroom because we co-sleep.

We're also talking about our sleeping arrangement when the baby comes, we want to co-sleep with Baby#2 and also with Y but our queen bed won't fit all four of us! We don't want to buy a new bed, our bed is still new.
Oh the dilemma!

We still don't know the gender but I'm itching to start buying baby stuff already! I already made a list of things I need to buy.

Here's my list so far:
- Baby bottles (still deciding what brand to buy!)
- New pump parts (Petals, flanges, diaphragm)
- New Techi-Ice packs
- Prince Lionheart Diaper Depot (this is more of a want than a need)
- Infrared Thermometer
- A new drawer for the baby's clothes and stuff
- Cloth diapers (I want to try cloth diapering all the way!)
- Crib Mattress Protector

Thinking of buying all these again in the US and having it balikbayan-boxed to me. It will save me a lot! Or just buy from local resellers. Still cheaper than buying at the malls.

It's already March! That means my birthday is just around the corner! Thinking if I should do a giveaway... hmmm.. stay tuned my dear readers!
